
In a trip to Italy, I've over spent my load in a series bar-hopping mode for several nights. So all I could do was bum and slum around my Italian friend's flat. Now in Italy, if you want a decent meal, you will have to spend a little fortune but unfortunately, I'm out for the rest of my vacation. So what would a hungry man do? I settled for an Italian snack instead. It took me 20 minutes before I started to munch with delight. Here's the recipe for a Cheesy Italian Snack Mix.
5 cups unsalted popped popcorn
2 cups miniature pretzel twists
1 can (11.5 oz.) PLANTERS Mixed Nuts or
PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
1 can (4.5 oz.) PLANTERS CHEESE MANIA Cheez Balls
1/3 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
After you've
prepared the ingredients, it will take you just three steps to finish with a food galore on hand. First, in a large bowl, put all the ingredients. Using two 15x10x1-inch baking pans, spread it on the surface. Then bake for 10 minutes with 350°F of heat. After five minutes, stir and voila! Your Italian snack is ready to serve cheesy-licking good!
